What determines the cold pressing time of plywood
The plywood cold press is driven by a hydraulic system. The stacked glued plywood billets
are neatly placed on the lower pressing plate.The hydraulic cylinder drives the upper pressing
plate to move down steadily and apply high pressure to the board stack at normal temperature.
Under continuous static pressure, the air between veneer layers is squeezed out, the glue layer
is evenly compacted, and each veneer is closely bonded for initial sizing and curing.
After pressure holding for a set time, the cylinder resets upward, and the pressed boards are
unloaded for subsequent hot pressing processing.
