This plywood hot press adopts separated low-pressure and high-pressure pump design. The 22kW low-pressure pump realizes rapid lifting, while the 11kW high-pressure pump provides stable molding pressure. Cooperated with two Φ120mm quick lift cylinders, the machine completes closing action within 10 seconds. Compared with single-pump hot presses, it effectively shortens pressing cycle and increases daily plywood output by 18%-22%.
The whole machine weighs 45 tons, equipped with four pieces of 30mm thick main steel plates. The assembled frame disperses 800-ton pressure evenly to avoid structural torsion and steel plate deformation during long-term high-load operation. It keeps pressing flatness stable for more than 10 years, reducing later maintenance and replacement costs for plywood factories.
21 pieces of thickened hot platens adopt double oil inlet and double oil outlet circulation design. The internal oil circuit is reasonably arranged to ensure the surface temperature difference of the hot platen is controlled within ±2℃. It effectively eliminates plywood bubbles, degumming and uneven gluing problems, greatly improving the yield rate of Grade A plywood.
The control core adopts DELTA PLC intelligent system, matched with Schneider electrical components. The equipment supports one-key start, pressure setting, time reservation and automatic pressure maintaining. The sensitive control system reduces manual operation errors and realizes unmanned continuous pressing production.
