Why China plywood plant will the  trimming saw plywood 2 times ?

In the production of domestic high-grade plywood  (including high-end furniture-grade plywood and decorative panel plywood), 

the 2-3 times edge trimming process is widely adopted. Although this process will cause a small amount of raw material loss, 

it has two core functions:

1. The first edge trimming removes burrs and irregular defects on the edge of the panel, provides a qualified reference surface for the

   subsequent panel putty application process of the automatic plywood putty machine, ensures uniform and flat putty application, and perfectly

   fills the surface defects of the panel.

2. The subsequent high-precision edge trimming adopts a special edge trimming machine equipped with high-precision linear guide rails,

   which can strictly control the panel flatness, linearity and diagonal deviation within the 0.2mm/m standard commonly used for high-grade panels.

   At the same time, the high-speed rotary cutting saw blade can achieve smooth and exquisite edge trimming, meeting the appearance

   and dimensional accuracy requirements of high-grade panels.
