How is a plywood glue coating machine /glue spreader working ?

The glue spreader adopts two upper and lower glue rollers rotating oppositely, 

which evenly adhere the glue from the glue tank to the roller surface. When the

 veneer passes steadily between the two rollers, the glue is uniformly coated on 

both sides of the veneer by roller pressure. The thickness of glue coating and glue

 consumption can be controlled by adjusting the roller gap and rotating speed,

realizing automatic gluing of veneers.
