In September 2026, Precision partnered with manufacturer Medar Machinery to attend the IFMAC International Woodworking Machinery Exhibition in Indonesia. At the exhibition booth, we showcased our latest Nose bar spindle rotary cutting machine and carried out live log peeling demonstrations using two locally popular commercial wood species: Albasia/Falcata and Mohoni
Live peeling tests on Albasia /Falcata wood were performed at thicknesses of 3.6 mm and 5 mm. The resulting veneer sheets feature smooth surfaces free of rough defects, with thickness uniformity controlled within 0.1 mm. Mohoni is a major hardwood in Indonesia, characterized by high density, attractive grain and bright color. Plywood made from mohoni enjoys strong market demand and wide recognition among buyers from Japan, South Korea and Europe. Medar Machinery demonstrated Monohi veneer peeling at 3.6 mm and 5 mm on site. The finished veneers were flat and smooth.
During the exhibition, we communicated with many existing and new customers about the core advantages of our Nose bar veneer lathe. After watching the live peeling performance, customers highly appreciated the excellent performance of Medar Machinery’s equipment. Many clients discussed equipment configuration, production capacity and local application solutions in depth. This exhibition further strengthened the recognition of Precsion and Medar Machinery among customers in the Indonesian market.
Demonstrasi pengupasan kayu Albasia/Falcata dilakukan dengan ketebalan 3,6 mm dan 5 mm. Lembar veneer hasil produksi memiliki permukaan halus tanpa cacat kasar, dengan keseragaman ketebalan terjaga di bawah 0,1 mm. Kayu Mahoni merupakan kayu keras utama di Indonesia, memiliki kepadatan tinggi, serat kayu menarik dan warna cerah. Kayu lapis berbahan kayu Mahoni memiliki permintaan pasar yang kuat dan diakui luas oleh pembeli dari Jepang, Korea Selatan dan Eropa. Medar Machinery melakukan demonstrasi pengupasan veneer kayu Mahoni dengan ketebalan 3,6 mm dan 5 mm di lokasi pameran. Lembar veneer yang dihasilkan rata dan halus.
