1.The gluing effect of the glue spreader has the following impacts on plywood production:
Bonding strength and product quality，Uniform and proper glue application ensures firm adhesion
between veneers, preventing the plywood from debonding, delaminating or blistering.
Insufficient glue will lead to weak bonding, cracking and delamination,
while excessive glue will cause glue overflow, surface contamination and brittle glue layers, reducing
the overall structural strength.
2. Surface appearance and quality gradeUneven gluing, missing glue or accumulated glue will result in glue marks, stains and uneven surfaces,
affecting the flatness and appearance grade of the plywood, which directly determines whether the panel
can be used for high-end finishing and improve its selling price.
3. Production loss and cost control Accurate glue dosage can save adhesive consumption and reduce raw material costs. Excessive glue overflow not
only wastes adhesive, but also increases manual cleaning work and delays process flow, raising production costs.
4. Subsequent processing efficiency Poor gluing effect will cause panel deformation and warping after hot pressing, increasing the workload of
subsequent edge trimming, sanding and reworking, slowing down the whole production line and reducing production efficiency.
5.Moisture resistance and service life Uniform and full glue layers improve the plywood's moisture-proof, waterproof and anti-corrosion performance,
making the panel less prone to moisture, mildew and rot, thus extending its service life. Areas with missing glue are
easy to absorb water and deteriorate,greatly shortening the service life.
