1 :How did the plywood bubble appears ?
In the plywood production process, if the veneer has excessive moisture content and serious
deformation & warping, coupled with uneven gluing and poor-quality adhesive caused by lax control in the
gluing process, as well as process defects such as substandard temperature, insufficient hot-pressing time
and uneven pressure distribution in the hot-pressing link, the final plywood products are extremely prone to
quality defects like bubble and hollow boards.
How is the plywood bubble detect line work ?
The Automatic plywood bubble detect machine is equipped with 7 to 10 ultrasonic transmitting probes, forming an
up-down opposite detection array with receiving probes. When plywood passes through the detection area at a constant
speed, the probes emit high-frequency ultrasonic waves that penetrate the board. Relying on the strong reflection and
severe attenuation characteristics of ultrasonic waves at the wood-air interface, it can accurately identify defects such as
internal voids, bulges and delamination in plywood, realizing online non-destructive testing of hollow plywood boards.
