The Automatic plywood bubble detect machine is equipped with 7 to 10 ultrasonic transmitting probes, forming an up-down opposite detection array with receiving probes. When plywood passes through the detection area at a constant speed, the probes emit high-frequency ultrasonic waves that penetrate the board. Relying on the strong reflection and severe attenuation characteristics of ultrasonic waves at the wood-air interface, it can accurately identify defects such as internal voids, bulges and delamination in plywood, realizing online non-destructive testing of hollow plywood boards. |
