2. Specific Functions

1. Fill board surface defectsFill veneer joint gaps, wood knot pits, wormholes, tool marks, dents, delamination gaps and uneven areas to smooth the board surface.
2. Level the entire board surfaceApply a thin layer of putty over the whole panel to unify flatness, eliminate thickness differences of veneers and height gaps at veneer joints,
   laying a base for subsequent sanding, painting and melamine laminating.
3. Seal wood grain poresPutty penetrates tiny wood pores to seal grain, reducing paint absorption, saving paint materials and preventing pinholes or uneven paint
   absorption on finished coatings.
4. Improve quality of follow-up processes

• Sanding: Flat panels reduce abrasion loss of sanding belts, delivering smooth surfaces free of pits after sanding;

• Spraying / Melamine Lamination: No sunken bare spots, avoiding blistering during lamination and ensuring uniform glossy coatings;

• Finished products: No obvious gaps or holes, upgrading the appearance grade of panels.
