PP plywood is a new type commercial plywood ,building plywood , shuttering plywood.  its made of 3 layers materials : the base is wood veneer plywood , the second layer is  PP plastic thickness ,general thickness is 0.5mm ,

the surface face material is  PP film .

As a replace of building plywood , PP plywood is becoming more and more popular in worldwide ,more and more customer tend to accept this type as new shuttering plywood .

compare with the general phenolic film commercial plywood , It's  advantage as following 

1. Much more work recycle times 
   

    

   The before plywood work recycle times generally is 5-10 times , but the new PP plywood work recycle times up to 30 ~ 50 times 

  2.Low production cost .

① The production of a pp plywood on both sides requires pp particles  $1.4

②The production of a pp plywood on both sides requires pp green film; 140 million/ton can produce 5000 plates, each plate =3 yuan/$0.41, doubled toughened film.

③  The production of a sheet of pp plywood requires electricity; 1.5 Kwh $0.21

    Total cost extra plywood is  $2.02

For general phenolic film plywood , the extra cost is about $1.67 ,but work princle work times is just half , and its strict requirement to transfer and keep phenolic film paper
