Product Introduction
The plywood veneer laying process is generally integrated with a glue spreader. After being glued by the glue spreader, the veneers are manually assembled and laid according to different grain directions to meet panel design requirements.
Due to differences in wood raw material characteristics and local production processes, the specifications of glued and laid veneer grains vary from country to country.
In countries such as China, Vietnam and India, the mainstream product is 4×2ft veneer, with production processes focusing on cross veneer composer and finger jointing. Accordingly, the production lines are mainly equipped with specialized veneer paving lines( as the following type 3 ), or a combination of 4ft glue spreading lines and laying lines( as the following type 2 )
In regions with abundant wood resources, including Europe, Turkey, Russia and Latin America, full-size veneers can be produced directly. Local manufacturers commonly adopt short-grain veneers for gluing, and the production lines are mostly equipped with 8ft glue spreaders( as the following type 1 )
