Product Introduction
1. Energy saving: Compared with traditional hot presses, it saves 10% of thermal energy and 20% of electrical energy for the same output. It saves space, improves workshop utilization, reduces the number of hot pipes and cables in the workshop, and saves investment costs. While saving energy, it also increases output; one 30-layer hot press can replace the output of 2.5 traditional 15-layer hot presses.
2. Strong structure :The frame is made of steel plates from a well-known domestic manufacturer, processed by CNC flame cutting and high-precision milling. The finished frame has high pressure resistance, high precision, and a beautiful appearance.
3. High capacity : The hot press panel feeding device is efficient and stable, with simultaneous feeding and unloading of panels, effectively reducing loading time and increasing single-panel output. Workers operate away from the hot press, resulting in a lower working area temperature and significantly reducing labor intensity. Two workers can operate three machines, saving on labor costs.
4. High accuracy : All hot press plates are sanded by a sanding machine, resulting in high flatness accuracy with an error of less than 5 microns. Using Q355 manganese steel material, it has high strength, good elasticity, and strong pressure resistance without deformation. Through 3D modeling and simulation experiments, the thickness was finally determined to be 42mm, solving the problem of thinning of the bottom plate while ensuring strength
5. Easy and smart control : The control system adopts a PLC and touch screen system for fully automatic control. It can set and store manufacturing parameters for various types of panels, allowing for easy recall during operation. Both new and experienced workers can operate it smoothly. It can store and display temperature and pressure curves in real time, providing a clear overview of panel issues. Data can be uploaded and downloaded as needed according to user requirements; 6-stage pressure reduction and moisture removal, with pressure and temperature linkage, effectively reduces the occurrence of blistering in the panels
6. stable hydraulic system :The hydraulic system uses high-quality control valve blocks and high-performance vane pumps, which are energy-efficient and have a closing time of less than 25 seconds, greatly shortening the idle time, reducing heat loss, and increasing single-shift output
