Trim your panels into the final panel size with superior accuracy.
In the plywood produciton process , After the panels are unloaded from the hot press machine ,The plywood board panels reach their final dimensions when they are trimmed and cut to size., they are stacked and fed onto the trimming line. If the panels are overlaid (coated), they typically go over the trimming again before grading and packing.
Product Advantage
1. Equipped with 8 precision rolls (φ150mm) for longitudinal and cross cutting, enabling powerful, high-speed and accurate plywood feeding.
2. Air cylinder installed on the upper-feed roller to apply uniform, stable pressure on plywood for improved feeding accuracy.
3. Saw shafts run at up to 7,000 RPM for high-speed feeding; precision bearings and high-speed belts are adopted for reliable, precise operation.
4. Left and right saw shaft cases are motor-driven synchronously to adjust cutting width
