The PRS series spindleless veneer peeling machine is engineered for manufacturing core veneer used in plywood production, with specialized capability for 5mm thick applications. Our 2025 updated design integrates a gear roller and nose bar system to maintain consistent thickness across the entire veneer sheet. Available in 4ft (1300mm) and 8ft (2600mm) working lengths, this machine processes logs up to 500mm diameter (600mm optional) at adjustable speeds.
This equipment forms the core of automated plywood production lines, with field-proven performance processing eucalyptus, rubber wood, and falcata. The 2-in-1 configuration (one debarker serving two peeling machines) achieves production volumes up to 200 cubic meters of veneer per 8-hour shift, supporting scaled manufacturing operations.
