Smart Edge Avoidance: Edge detection, supports customer pressure setting and controls the sanding of the edge of the plate.
Adaptive thickness leveling: According to the thickness of boards, the pressure will automatically decrease or increase, so that the pressure of the sanding belt on the board surface is uniform, and the same amount of sanding is realized. Touch screen operating system and formula:
(1) Man-machine text interface, with animation display, bitmap, text indication, sanding parameters directly written, no need to adjust the system. For different sanding workpieces and processes, the relevant technical engineers adjust the sanding process "formula", input the sander touch screen formula parameters, to meet the different sanding requirements.

High-pressure non-contact dust removal: 40:1 compression ratio tornado dust removal, 4.0 bar purge to eliminate residual dust.
Vacuum adsorption: independent high-pressure fan, strong adsorption of deformed plates, and prevent displacement and offset.
